Perfect bound book.

The glued or softcover book is the champion product in terms of price, quality, and speed. It can be produced quickly, is cost-effective, yet provides a confident appearance to its readers.

The production involves assembling a book block made of folded sheets, which is then bound with hotmelt or PUR adhesive to a hardcover. In terms of design, it can be produced with either color or black-and-white inner pages and cover. The cover gives the book its appearance and can be treated with either glossy or matte lamination. For a premium look, it can also be produced with a soft-touch (silky feel) or scratch-resistant laminate. For an even more exclusive appearance, our print shop can offer options like spot UV or 3D spot UV coatings. The typical production sizes are A/6 (105148mm), A/5 (148210mm), A/4 (210297mm), A/3 (297420mm), B/5 (170240mm), or B/4 (240340mm), but custom sizes can also be made, tailored to the customer's specific needs. The spine thickness can range from 3mm to 50mm. We recommend this type of manufacturing technology for creating books, magazines, or brochures, as it gives the publication a serious, professional appearance.
